Once all phases of development at Warners Fields are complete, there will be up to 3,000 homes in the neighbourhood. The first phase of development will provide the first 1,300 homes. These will be spread across four blocks. Most buildings will range in height from 6 – 10 storeys comprising of 1, 2 and 3-bed apartments. A select number of taller buildings will be between 11 and 29 storeys, the largest of which will be located to the north of the site, next to the proposed linear park on Moseley Street.

There will also be four gyms across the site for everyone to use, varying in size, equipment type and set up for different styles of training.
Across Warners Fields there will be private green spaces for the residents to use. These spaces will be varied in their feel, some will be enclosed by the buildings so will feel like courtyards, while other sections will sit along the river frontage.
