Once all phases of development at Warners Fields are complete, there will be up to 3,000 homes in the neighbourhood. The first phase of development will provide the first 1,300 homes. These will be spread across four blocks. Most buildings will range in height from 6 – 10 storeys comprising of 1, 2 and 3-bed apartments. A select number of taller buildings will be between 11 and 29 storeys, the largest of which will be located to the north of the site, next to the proposed linear park on Moseley Street.
Dandara Living is a leading operator in the residential rental sector, ranked the number one national management company in the UK by Homeviews in 2021. Our ambition as a company is to create great places for people to live at a price most people can afford.
Our offer has been born from a combination of factors led by what customers want - both from their homes, and their relationships with landlords and neighbours. We recognise that life in a build to rent development is about much more than the apartment you live in, and so when considering the design of our buildings, we prioritise what matters most to people.
Each apartment will have its own private balcony or terrace. All of the kitchens will be fitted out with integrated appliances and the bedrooms all have built in wardrobes. The two bed apartments have equal sized ensuite bedrooms, making them perfect for sharers.
Each of the four blocks will have areas open to everyone living in the development, which include post and parcel space, a "house" kitchen, co-working space and a lounge. There will also be four gyms across the site for everyone to use, varying in size, equipment type and set up for different styles of training.
Across Warners Fields there will be private green spaces for the residents to use. These spaces will be varied in their feel, some will be enclosed by the buildings so will feel like courtyards, while other sections will sit along the river frontage.
