Across Warners Fields there will be the opportunity for different retail and leisure offerings, including areas for cafés, restaurants and artisan retailers and manufacturers.

Riverside offer
The proposals include several retail and leisure units along the river frontage, designed to bring both banks of the river to life with activity spilling from the neighbourhood’s new cafés, restaurants and bars.
On West Bankside there is provision for a market for grocery shopping, as well as a causal dining café or restaurants with outdoor seating that will flow out into the landscape along the river.
East Bankside will become a destination food and drink offering with a restaurant and wine bar, both with outdoor seating.
Artisan retailers
The western edge of Warners Fields is intended to provide a 'retail cluster' where artisan producers can make and sell their wares. These could be bakeries, textile producers, candlemakers, homeware potters and other similar wares.
