We have submitted two planning applications to Birmingham City Council.
A “hybrid application”, with detailed elements for the majority of the site, which will enable construction to start as soon as possible on land in Dandara’s ownership; and an “outline” application for the wider masterplan area, which will set the context for future applications to be submitted.

An outline planning application has also been submitted which will seek approval for development principles for the rest of the site. This will include the provision of a further 15,000sqm of non-residential floorspace and around 1,700 homes in the wider masterplan area. This approach requires detailed planning applications to be submitted for the rest of the site at a later date before construction could commence outside of Phase One.
